Suggested questions

Biel.ai allows you to configure suggested questions—predefined prompts that appear to users when they interact with the chatbot. These are typically FAQs or common queries designed to guide users without them needing to type their questions.

This guide will show you how to set up and customize suggested questions for your chatbot.

Step by step​

To customize the suggested questions, follow these steps:

  1. Open app.biel.ai.
  2. Log in using your account credentials.
  3. In the dashboard, click on the Projects tab in the top navigation bar.
  4. Find and select your project from the list.
  5. Click Settings.
  6. Scroll to the Suggested Questions section and enter the questions you want to display as prompts for users. You can add multiple questions by clicking Add question.
  7. Click the Save button to apply your changes.
  8. To verify the update, visit any webpage where the Biel.ai chatbot is integrated. The suggested questions should now appear as clickable options when the chatbot is launched.
