Models
Biel.ai supports four models from OpenAI and Anthropic. GPT-6 Luna is the default and is available on every plan. Claude Haiku 5.5 is available on paid plans. GPT-6.1 Sol and Claude Sonnet 5.5 require a Business plan or above.

Start with GPT-6 Luna for routine documentation questions. Compare an advanced model using representative questions from your own documentation before switching.
Change the model

Only Administrator or Maintainer roles can manage projects. See Manage roles.
- In the Biel.ai dashboard, select your project.
- Click Settings.
- Open Chatbot in the left sidebar and, under AI model and instructions > Select model, choose a model from the dropdown.
- Click Save on the AI model and instructions card. Models marked locked require an eligible subscription.
Data privacy
Chatbot interactions are opted out of third-party model training by default. Your data is not used to train or improve external AI models.
