Only Administrator or Maintainer roles can manage subscriptions. See Manage roles.

From Team > Manage subscription, you can:

  • Upgrade your subscription.
  • Cancel your subscription.
  • View your invoices.
  • Change your billing details.
  • View your plan usage.
  • Buy more interactions.
  • Enable auto-recharge for interactions.

Auto-recharge for interactions​

Auto-recharge automatically buys more interactions when your current top-up runs out, so your chatbot and search keep working without manual intervention.

Auto-recharge automatically charges your team's saved payment method. Only enable it if you want Biel.ai to bill your card without further confirmation.

How it works​

When you buy an interaction top-up, you can enable auto-recharge for it. Once enabled:

  1. Biel.ai monitors the top-up's remaining interactions.
  2. When the top-up is depleted, Biel.ai automatically charges your saved payment method for the same number of interactions.
  3. Biel.ai adds the new interactions to your team's balance.

If your saved payment method fails or is missing, Biel.ai doesn't retry automatically. Add or update a payment method, then buy a top-up manually to restore service.

Set a monthly spending cap​

When you enable auto-recharge, you can optionally set a monthly spending cap. If you set a cap:

  • Biel.ai stops triggering new auto-recharges for the rest of the calendar month once your auto-recharge spending reaches the cap.
  • You can still buy interactions manually while the cap is in effect.
  • The cap resets at the start of each calendar month.

If you don't set a cap, auto-recharge has no monthly spending limit.

Email notifications​

Your team's administrators receive an email in each of these cases:

  • Recharge succeeded - confirms the amount charged and the number of interactions added.
  • Recharge failed - explains why the charge failed (for example, no saved payment method or a declined card) and what to do next.
  • Monthly spending limit reached - lets you know that auto-recharge paused for the month because it hit your monthly spending cap.
